Shipping Policy

At Trident Laser & Design, every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail. Many of our items are made-to-order, customized, or engraved specifically for each customer, so we appreciate your patience while we create and prepare your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Our goal is to have every order shipped as quickly as possible, but in all cases, orders will be shipped no later than 4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

For custom or personalized orders, processing time begins once all required customization details, artwork, sizing, or design approvals have been received.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times may range from:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days, when available

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production or has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after being accepted by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because many of our products are customized, engraved, or made specifically for each customer, please review all order details carefully before checkout. Custom orders may require additional communication before production can begin.

If we need additional information from you to complete your order and do not receive a response, your processing time may be delayed.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to ship orders within our stated processing window.
